Kisaragi Foundation (키사라기 기관 Kisaragi Foundation) is an organization introduced in Super Danganronpa Another 2 consisting of an unknown number of members. The Kisaragi foundation focuses on capturing Remnants of Despair and rescuing survivors.

Ryutaro Incident[]
Locked inside the academy after the original Killing Game took place, Ryutaro, Midori, Keisuke, Hikaru and Minako all find themselves wandering around the academy, likely finding out about their relatives' deaths while there. Soon finding a way out, they would be stopped by an Unknown figure and Rei Mekaru, with additional members (presumably guards) with her, the latter able to help them escape. After doing so, all five would become members of the Kisaragi Foundation.
Finding Mikado[]
At an unknown point, Teruya Ōtori would contact an unknown member of the Kisaragi Foundation, saying he believed they had found where Mikado had been hiding out.
After the announcement of the beginning of the Killing Game, Mikado would attempt to show protectiveness to the other students, saying that he would protect them from Monocrow before he had done anything to them. Before he could say much more, a bullet would be fired from Rei's gun, shooting off half of his mask as a presumed warning. Briefly explaining why they had been in the area to the students, Rei and Teruya would soon attempt to arrest Mikado. They would be stopped by his magic however, with him sending out fire around him. Furious at them revealing his plans to the students and from the claims of him being the mastermind of the game, he would surround Rei in the same fire he had used to shoot her back, executing her in front of the participants. After doing this, he would send Teruya through the sky.

- The Kisaragi Foundation was originally founded by Yamato Kisaragi's family; it was later taken over by the survivors of DRA.
- There are no other Ultimates in the Kisaragi Foundation[1].
- There are roughly a few hundred members working for the Kisaragi Foundation.
